Lower ground floor flat problems. Potentially more vulnerable to burglaries. Potential of more footfall and less privacy. We are living in a rented one at the moment also victorian very damp very dark and i have serious misgivings about the plumbing as all the water needs to be pumped away. My wife and i have begun the nightmare that is flat hunting and we ve been eyeing a few lower ground floor flats to rent as they seem good value for money.
